30 % of Chardonnay and 70 % of Pinot Noir, coming exclusively from Bouzy classified Grand Cru. It is a champagne elaborated exclusively during the great exceptional years and it is thus a mono-cru and mono-vintage, vintage. One of the more powerful, vinous champagnes in this range. it offers up a beguiling mix of orchard fruit, white flowers, chalk, mint and white pepper, all backed by considerable volume and substance.
