Easy-to-make cocktails are just a click away! Are you a gin person? Perhaps a rum aficionado? Is sparkling wine your thing?

We have it all covered: You start off by selecting your preferred base – vodka, gin, rum, bubbles – and we’ll make a few suggestions based on your choice and put them into cocktail kits.

Then click on your selected kit and we’ll dispatch it, to your desired destination. Within these pages you’ll find some tasty examples from our range. We don’t include the fresh ingredients – the mint leaves, the fruit, etc. – because they need, of course, to be fresh.

Fogcutter COCKTAIL RECEIPE

Mount Gay Rum Eclipse Silver is an exquisite, light-bodied spirit of exceptional flavour and exceedingly smooth character. Unlike other white rums, Mount Gay Rum Eclipse Silver has been aged for a minimum of 2 years, creating a premium spirit with a soft and lingering finish. A rum to be savoured with your favourite mixer, or as the ideal partner for premium cocktails. Try Mount Gay Rum Eclipse Silver yourself in a delicious, winter warming Fogcutter cocktail.

Ingredients:

30ml Mount Gay Rum Eclipse Silver
15ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
15ml De Kuyper Apricot Brandy
Juice of 1 lemon
30ml Orange Juice
5ml Disaronno Amaretto
Sherry to float

Method:

Shake all ingredients except sherry and pour into an ice filled Tiki Mug or Hurricane glass. Float sherry.

Garnish:

Garnish with a sprig of mint.

Hold the spoon right way up and rest it with the lip slightly above the level of the last layer. Fill spoon gently and the contents will flow smoothly from all around the rim.
