YOUNG BACCHUS ESTATE

Young Bacchus Estate is located In very close proximity to the lovely Wairarapa town of Martinborough. It was one of the first vineyards established in the area in the 1980's & its wines are made from grapes (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot & Cabernet Franc) grown solely on the single non irrigated vineyard. There are 3000 low cropping vines planted on the property; the grapes producing classic Bordeaux style full bodied reds which have been well regarded over the years & in 2017 a classic rose' was produced.
