MUSSEL INN

The Mussel Inn brewery is based in the heart of Golden Bay, North West of Nelson at the top of New Zealand’s South Island. They produce beers, ales, ciders, soft drinks as well as the occasional house wine in the small brewery. Their brewery was built in 1995 and has a brew length of 1200 litres, pretty standard for a micro brewery.

The bush filtered water for Mussel Inn’s beers comes from the small stream at the hills behind them. They use organic locally grown hops. Mussel Inn make all their beers using traditional methods such as using a gravitational system.
