A family story, beautiful cellar, a modern winery, and a know-how. The estate composed of 15 hectares of vines is grown with passion and in a total respect for nature. In some people’s mind, luxury means rarity, expensive or even sumptuous. Our own luxury is to be able to go on foot to every plot we grow in the family estate. This proximity gives a particular sense to the winegrowing. An excellent work is expected. Especially as our vines are planted in Avize, Oger and le Mesnil sur Oger - three famous Grands Crus of Champagne where the Chardonnay prevails and gives to the wines a unique finesse and delicacy. The chalky subsoil provides a natural minerality that makes the Blanc de Blancs Champagnes precious. That minerality, Olivier Bonville has been playing with it to create the signature of the House, producing elegant cuvées to be enjoyed at any time.
