About the Distiller

Frankie

Frankie, our handmade 100% copper pot still is the Master distiller at Black Collar Distillery - The rest of the team are her assistants! Hand built from a flat sheet of copper, Frankie’s been marked out, cut and painstakingly shaped by hand into a work horse.Frankie loves early morning starts getting filled with a low alcohol wash or mash. Throughout the day, she gets put through her paces and always comes out on top. The spirits that she produces are clean, super smooth and full of flavour.
