It's recognisable shield label has been drunk in the movies, at the best restaurants, the finest events, by Royalty and celebrities since the 1930s. For this very special evening, our Fine Wine Manager and Dom connoisseur Regan McCaffery will lead us through the unique history and manufacture of this incredible wine. We will enjoying two vintages of Dom Perignon to start, the 2006 and the newly released 2009. Then two vintages of the rare Dom Perignon Rose 2004 and the new 2005. Then we will finish with two bottles of the spectacular cellar aged Dom Perignon P2, the 1998 and 2000. This is a very unique opportunity to learn about and enjoy one of the great wines of the world.
