To sum the lads from Melbourne with one word, will be impossible. There eclectic collection of gins and ever growing number of (personally named) copper stills will make one simplistic word far too boring.
Kick-starting their adventures in 2013 three mates (Stu, Cam, and Jen) crafted there very first gin with the help of Wilma (the first copper still). Fast forward 8 years later, there craft has expanded to include numerous award winning gin-terpretrations, as to their copper family.
We on the other side of the ditch are well overdue for a little fun education on how to fully appreciate these expressions. So tonight I am armed with a list of specific garnishes and mixers to guide us through this trans-tasman adventure.
