Join us in store frm 2pm for a free tasting of Dr Beak Gin. Dr Beak crafts bold but balanced premium gin that will take you on an intrepid journey, awaken your senses and expand your taste horizons. We are a small craft distillery using single-shot distillation on a boutique copper still, to create complex and unique gins. All our botanicals are chosen not only for their bold flavours, but also their ability to be grown in NZ. All of our botanicals are full traceable and grown in New Zealand - the exception being Juniper. We also love the environment and 5% of our profits are gifted to our friends at Forest and Bird.
