Tonight is the night to celebrate (and taste), the diversity that is Pinot Noir. Prone to change, the Pinot family has grown to include Noir, Gris, Blanc, Meunier, and Nero, while its thin skins makes it perfect for an assortment of vinification methods; allowing for White, Sparkling, Red, and Rose styles. Tonight we will take a sneak peak across the spectrum of varieties and vinification styles.
