The Schloss Vollrads estate is one of the oldest wineries in the world, growing from the unique terroir of this very special Rheingau vineyard for over 900 years! Riesling is the undisputed king here, comprising 100% of production. We are very excited to have their chief winemaker and managing director Dr. Rowald Hepp, with us for the afternoon to showcase these incredible expressions of the variety. We will be tasting: Schloss Vollrads Riesling Grosses Gewachs 2015, Erstes Gewarches 2010, Kabinett 2013, Spatlese 2015, Auslese 2010, Beerenauslese 2010, and the literal liquid gold of their Trockenbeerenauslese 2005.
