Winter wine tastings, reviews and articles are all red wine this and red wine that. Not everyone wants to know which red wine goes best with Yorkshire pudding or slow cooked lamb shanks. In his usual style of ignoring the norm, Grant Dingwall, Dida’s Wine Lounge Sommelier, wants to present his favourite winter whites. It is a formidable line up with wines from Champagne, Rioja, Burgundy, the Rhone, Alsace and a few from the New World too.
