The 2014 vintage has just arrived direct from Bordeaux and it’s a beauty, the best we have seen since 2010. This historic region on the French Atlantic coast still produces the greatest Cabernet and Merlot based blends in the world. 2014 is particularly strong in the Northern Medoc, and the prices are extremely attractive. Grab your wine drinking friends, and join us in Wellington and Auckland where we will have over 30 top Bordeaux to try from $20 to $250. Taste from St Emilion across to St Estephe, as well as a selection of Bordeaux Blanc and the sweet wines of Sauternes. Don’t miss some of the famous classified growths such as Chateau Pontet Canet, Pichon Longueville Baron, and Gruaud Larose.
