Spain's Fine Wine

If you want to talk revolution, Spain, right now, is the leading contender. In the last twenty or thirty years, no wine-producing country has changed more dramatically as Spain and she is finally starting, and progress is still sometimes achingly slow, to produce serious fine wine of a quality to match Bordeaux and Burgundy. Spain, the critics tell us, is the one to watch.
